Frequently Asked Questions

All orders in our store must be placed online. To place an order, follow these steps:

Step 1
Explore our store and find the products you want to purchase.

Step 2
Add products to the shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button.

Step 3
View your cart by clicking on "YOUR CART".

Step 4
If the total value of the products in your cart is over €30, you can select the samples you would like to receive in your cart. At this step, you can also add a gift wrapping option if you wish.

Step 5
Complete the purchase by clicking on "FINALIZE PURCHASE".

Step 6
In the "Customer Information" step, register your email and shipping address. If you have a discount code, you must apply it at this step. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.
If the discount code applied reduces the price of the products below the minimum qualifying value to receive any offer that has been applied (for example, if you had an order over €30, selected a sample offer, and the discount code puts the order value below €30), the offers will be automatically removed, since the cart no longer qualifies for them.

Step 7
Confirm that the email, shipping address and cart contents are correct and click "Continue to shipping method".

Step 8
Select your desired shipping option and click "Continue to payment method".

Step 9
Select the Payment Method you want: Credit Card, Paypal or Multibanco Reference.
Please confirm that all of the information on your order is correct.

Step 10
Complete the purchase by clicking on "Place my order".

Product replenishment depends on several factors: how many products from that same brand/supplier are out of stock or nearly out of stock, where the supplier ships from, whether it is a product or brand that is in high demand, etc.

If there is a scheduled restocking date for the product, that date is indicated on the out-of-stock product page.

Recommendation: You can always subscribe to receive a stock replenishment alert by email, via the out-of-stock product page.

The payment methods accepted in our store are:

100% payment at the time of purchase:
ATM, Credit or debit card, Bank transfer

Please note: If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference or Bank Transfer, your order will only be shipped after we receive confirmation of your payment. If you do not make payment within 24 hours of the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We process orders from Monday to Friday, up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed by us and collected by the carrier, the order may take up to 2 or 3 business days to be delivered.

Therefore, in total, it takes at least 2 days (since orders placed in the morning on a day with little traffic may be shipped the same day). And at most, it takes 6 working days.

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we may still be able to cancel it and issue you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegreenbeautyconcept.com .

If your order has been processed by our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel it. In this case, if you no longer wish to keep the items you ordered, you can return them. See more information about returns on the Shipping & Returns page.

If you are not at the address indicated upon delivery, the order will remain at the CTT post office in the respective area of ​​the address for 5 working days. After this period, the order will be returned to The Green Beauty Concept and will be considered cancelled - excluding the initial postage cost. If you wish to have your order resent, you must contact The Green Beauty Concept to arrange a new delivery (subject to new postage payment) or a refund of the amount paid for the products - excluding the initial postage cost.

If the order is returned to The Green Beauty Concept due to an error in the recipient's address, attributable to the Customer, it will only be sent again after the Customer provides the correct address (by email to hello@thegreenbeautyconcept.com) and after new payment of the postage cost.
If the error is attributable to The Green Beauty Concept, the order will be re-shipped at no cost to the Customer, or, in the event of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded (shipping included).

Offers, discounts and samples

The offer was probably exclusive to customers with an account created in the store, and logged in. To be eligible for most of our offers, you must have an account created in our store, and you must log in before proceeding to check out.

It may also be the case that the offer has sold out. Offers are limited to existing stock and may end before the end of the period.

Offers are automatically added to the cart when they are available and the customer/purchase is eligible.

The products in your cart may not be eligible and do not count towards the minimum required to benefit from the discount.

The following products are always excluded from all discount codes: samples, sample service, gift sets, product sets and coffrets, products on sale or promotion.

Free samples available must be selected in the shopping cart. If not selected, no samples will be sent.

Unavailability:

If the selected samples are not available, they will be replaced by others.

Repeated samples:

When ordering samples, please make sure you only order one sample of each product. Samples are very limited and we want to ensure they are distributed fairly to customers so that everyone has a chance to try them.
