Our loyalty points program is operated at our discretion.

Any account that is inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be forfeited. We have the right to cancel the program at any point in the future. We will provide our customers with 2 weeks notice of such cancellation and at the point of cancellation we will not be obliged to recover any unused points held by our customers.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points are deducted on products that have been returned or refunded.

Most products will normally be available for purchase with loyalty points, we retain the right to remove certain products from the program or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products.

If a customer account is terminated by The Green Beauty Concept under these terms and conditions, the customer has no recourse to refund or redemption of points in the account at the time of termination. Any decision made by The Green Beauty Concept regarding the awarding or redemption of loyalty points is final.

Points are only awarded on the amount paid and exclude shipping costs. Half points cannot be awarded.

There is no minimum order requirement to receive points.

Points are earned when the order has been paid.
